Supportive Tools

Some of these require an investment. However, they are always optional. Choose what already feels familiar or supportive to your system.

Some readers choose to use additional tools alongside this reset.

Some are already part of everyday routines, while others may involve an added cost.

These tools are always optional.

Many people notice meaningful improvements using only the core practices in this workbook.

If you’re curious, these are tools the author has found supportive in her own work. You’re welcome to explore them if they feel aligned—but they are never required for progress.

I only list tools I have direct personal or professional experience with. Your choice to use any tool is entirely your own.

Calming Music

Some people find consistent slow gentle music sounds supportive.

MAY SUPPORT: Those already using music as a cue to slow down.

MAY NOT SUIT: Anyone who finds music stimulating.

IN THE METHOD: May be used before or after your evening scripts.

You may find some supportive sounds on this YouTube channel

Weighted Blanket

Some readers find consistent gentle pressure settling. No specific weight required — choose what feels familiar.

MAY SUPPORT: Those already using a weighted blanket and find it grounding. Familiar weight, not new stimulation.

MAY NOT SUIT: Anyone who finds pressure activating, uncomfortable, or who monitors their response to it.

IN THE METHOD: Can be used during or after the MindSync Script practice. The pressure is a cue, not a treatment.

Air Filtration

A quieter, cleaner air environment can reduce low-level sensory load the nervous system doesn't have to process. No specific device required, what matters is consistency, not cost.

May support: Anyone who already uses an air filter or lives in environments where air quality varies. Familiar background support.

May not suit: Anyone who begins monitoring air quality readings or adjusting the filter frequently. If it creates a new task, it is not supportive in that moment.

In the method: Use as a set-and-forget background condition. Not something to check or adjust during the wind-down sequence.

Austin Air Filters

One option some people choose when they want a consistent, low-maintenance air filtration setup.

If you’d like to explore it, you can find more information here.

They are sold at Austin Air Filters. If you choose to purchase through this link, it may support this work.

Pulsating Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) Therapy

Low settings. Use earlier in the evening rather than close to sleep.

MAY SUPPORT: Those who already use PEMF and find it settling. Low-stimulation, low-frequency, sleep settings recommended.

MAY NOT SUIT: Using it at high settings to close to sleep. May introduce effort and monitoring.

Terahertz-Based Devices

Some readers who already use terahertz devices incorporate them into their evening rhythm.

MAY SUPPORT: Those with existing familiarity who find them settling as part of a consistent cue and part of their evening routine. Consistency matters more than the tool.

MAY NOT SUIT: Anyone new to these devices. Introducing unfamiliar tools adds variables and effort.

AO Scanner

A wellness app available to both practitioners and individuals. If you already use it, you may choose to record your MindSync Scripts using its AO MindSync feature. Some people find this creates a consistent listening structure. The AO Scanner is not a medically validated device and is not required for this reset to be effective.

MAY SUPPORT: Readers and practitioners who already use the AO Scanner. Inner Voice Program (Emotional Balance) or SEFI QR (Stress Free, Inner Peace, and Sleep Well).

MAY NOT SUIT: Anyone new to the AO Scanner. Not a starting point for the reset. Introducing an unfamiliar app adds effort and monitoring.

IN THE METHOD: If already familiar, the AO MindSync feature may create a consistent audio structure for the MindSync Scripts.

Remember all of these tools are optional.

Choose what feels familiar or supportive to your system.

The most supportive tool is the one your system already recognizes. If something increases monitoring, urgency, or effort — even slightly — it is not supportive in that moment. You can always return to it later, or not at all.

No Pressure. Nothing here is required.
